摘要
以某超高层项目为研究对象,探讨BIM技术在构建信息模型,进行管线碰撞检测和净高分析的优化方法,详细介绍了BIM技术在超高层建筑管线综合优化设计阶段的实施过程,分析BIM技术在超高层管线施工过程中的具体应用价值,为管线施工确定出合理的施工方案,提升机电综合管线安装的合理性和科学性,为同类超高层建筑提供了参考。
Based on a super high-rise project as the research object,this paper discusses the optimization method of BIM technology in constructing information model,pipeline collision detection and clear height analysis,detailed introduces the implementation process of BIM technology in super high-rise building pipeline comprehensive optimization design stage,and analyses the specific application value of BIM technology in the construction of super high-rise pipelines determines a reasonable construction plan for pipeline construction,improves the rationality and scientificity of electromechanical integrated pipeline installation,and provides a useful reference for similar super high-rise buildings.
