摘要
教学礼节是教学活动体系中体现教学伦理情感的行为准则体系。重建教学礼节的主要依据有:人性,当代主流价值观的有关要求,传统文化中的积极成分,当代教学礼节中的合理成分,教学的多重使命,激发学习潜能的机制。第四代教育中教学礼节的主要构成有:积极地对待教学主体的人格,教学主体各方都坚守自己的使命和角色,重新摆正教学主体之间的伦理关系,对文化成果保持敬重,适度地差异对待,适当地设计和践行教学礼仪。
Instructional etiquette is the behavior coding system that embodies ethic feeling in instructional activity system,and the basis of its reconstruction includes human nature,the concerned requirement from contemporary mainstream values,the positive components of traditional cultures,the reasonable components of contemporary instructional etiquettes,the multiple missions of instruction and the mechanism that arouses the potential.The main components of the instructional etiquettes of the fourth-era education include the following aspects:actively treating the personality of the instructional subjects,all sides of instructional subjects sticking to their own missions and roles,resetting the ethical relation among the instructional subjects,keeping reverence for cultural fruits,treating differences appropriately,and designing and carrying out instructional etiquette.
