温肾丸对肾阳亏虚型亚健康状态大鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Wenshen pill on immune function of subhealthy rats with syndrome of kidney yang deficiency

目的:观察温肾丸对肾阳亏虚型亚健康大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯模型组、金匮肾气丸组、温肾丸组各10只,除正常对照组外其余各组通过灌服腺嘌呤建立肾阳虚亚健康大鼠模型。造模成功后,分别采用药物干预大鼠,观察各组大鼠的活动情况、体质量、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,并通过ELISA试剂盒检测各组大鼠血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平。结果:各药物干预组大鼠的肾阳虚症状均有改善。和单纯模型组比较,金匮肾气丸组、温肾丸组大鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数升高,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且温肾丸组疗效最佳。各药物干预组的血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:温肾丸可以提高肾阳虚亚健康大鼠的免疫功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Wenshen pill on immune function of subhealthy rats with syndrome of kidney yang deficiency.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,simple model group,Jinkui Shenqi pill group and Wenshen pill group.Except normal control group,other groups were established into subhealthy rat model with kidney yang deficiency by gavage of adenine.After successful modeling,the rats were intervened respectively with drugs.The activity,body mass,thymus index and spleen index of rats in each group were observed.The levels of serum IgG,IgA and IgM of rats in each group were detected by ELISA reagent kit.Results:The symptom of kidney yang deficiency of rats in each drug intervention group was improved.Compared with simple model group,the thymus index and spleen index of rats in Jinkui Shenqi pill group and Wenshen pill group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative efficacy of Wenshen pill group was the best.The levels of serum IgG,IgA and IgM in each drug intervention group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen pill can improve the immune function of subhealthy rats with kidney yang deficiency.
