摘要
民用建筑设计中通常存在空间净高不足的问题。为充分利用有限的建筑空间,基于BIM参数化技术建立空间净高优化方法。首先进行Revit三维建模,应用Navisworks平台对建筑空间管线进行碰撞检测,结合管线排布原则进行初步优化;继而结合Dynamo可视化编程开发参数化插件,以自动检测空间净高,对管线排布进行二次优化,直至达到目标净高。以某高铁客运站工程进行案例分析,结果表明该方法在原有楼层高度的基础上,可通过对管线的合理布置与优化,便捷高效地充分利用建筑室内空间而增加净高。
In civil architecture design,there are constantly unnecessary waste and high cost due to insufficient space clearance height.To make full use of the limited architectural space,a method of optimizing space clearance height was proposed based on BIM parameterization technology.Firstly,the collision detection of building space pipelines is carried out by Revit 3 D modeling and Navisworks platform,and preliminary optimization is conducted based on the principle of pipeline arrangement.Then the clearance height is automatically detected combined with a parameterized plug-in developed by the visual programming platform Dynamo,and the pipeline arrangement is quadratically optimized until the target clearance height is achieved.A high-speed railway passenger station project is taken as an analytical case,which shows that the proposed method can increase the space clearance height conveniently and efficiently,by making full use of the interior space of the building through reasonable layout and optimization of pipelines on the basis of the original floor height.
