摘要
以N市为例,对供水管网漏损现状进行分析,漏失水量在漏损水量中占比为64.3%,计量损失水量占比为0.1%,其他损失水量占比为35.6%,漏损水量主要集中于漏失水量及其他损失水量。从点-线-网-智慧四个维度出发对N市供水管网漏损系统化控制措施进行研究。对于漏失水量,首先对供水管网资料进行收集,通过分析供水管网数据,从点的方面出发,采取调控压力、优化压力监测点的措施;从线的方面出发,采取管道更新的措施;从网的方面出发,采取划分DMA计量分区、计量网络搭建的措施;从智慧的方面出发,采取建设智慧管网体系的措施。对于其他损失水量,采取加大监管、稽查力度,完善管理控制措施对偷盗水量及管理因素导致的漏损水量进行控制。
Taking N city as an example, the current situation of leakage of water supply network in N city is analyzed. The leakage water accounts for 64.3% of the leakage water, the metered water loss accounts for 0.1%, and the other losses account for 35.6%. Water leakage and loss in the city are mainly concentrated in water leakage and other losses. From the four dimensions of point-line-network-wisdom, the systematic control measures for leakage of water supply pipe network in N city are studied. For the amount of water leakage, first collect the data of the water supply pipe network in N city, and take measures to control the pressure and optimize the pressure monitoring points from the point of view by analyzing the data of the water supply pipe network;Measures, from the network aspect, take measures to divide DMA metering zones and measure network construction;from the wisdom aspect, take measures to build a smart pipe network system. For other water losses, strengthen supervision and inspection, and improve management and control measures to control the amount of stolen water and leakage caused by management factors.
