Introspection on AP1000 Modularization and Application Suggestion

模块化建造是AP1000核电机组的主要特点之一,然而在首堆项目具体实践过程中遇到了许多问题和挑战,其优势未得到体现。本文对产生的问题进行了总结,分别从经济性和进度方面进行了分析,结合实践经验,提出了模块化合理应用的原则,并对AP1000核电机组模块化设计提出了具体的改进建议。

Modularization construction is the main feature of the AP1000 nuclear power plant. However, during the construction of the first AP1000 project, modularization brought many problems and challenges to the project, the advantages are not reflected. This paper analyzes the economics and schedule of structural modules and equipment modules. Based on the project practice, this paper summarizes the principle of utilizing modularization reasonably, and proposes specific suggestions for AP1000 modular design improvement.
