摘要
为了满足炼油用氢和化工用合成气的需要,对E-Gas气化炉进行改造,增置2台多喷嘴气化炉。改造后运行方案为1台多喷嘴气化炉+1台E-Gas气化炉并联运行。碳排放是项目环评的关键指标,与原设计相比,采用新运行方案改造后CO_(2)减排5.54%、用煤消耗下降16.17%,通过了改造项目的环境影响评价。
To meet the requirement of hydrogen for refining plant and the synthetic gas for chemical unit,the E-gas gasification plant was reformed by adding two multi-nozzle gasifiers.The operation scheme after the transformation was one multi-nozzle and one E-gas in parallel operation.Carbon emission was the key indicator of the project environmental assessment.The environmental assessment of the renovation project has been approved.
