摘要
针对土压平衡矩形顶管机在现场施工初期投放管片瞬间盾体回弹导致地表沉降的问题,探讨导致地表沉降的原因和控制沉降的前沿技术。以济南地铁2号线过街通道施工为例,通过理论计算、分析和实践,研究大断面矩形顶管的盾体反弹控制技术。该工程顶管施工中,一方面采用推进液压缸位移实时检测技术,方便施工过程上抬姿态调整,另一方面采用液压撑靴止退工法使土压保持平衡,实现了软土地质条件下矩形顶管施工的零沉降控制目标。
This paper discusses the causes of surface settlement caused by the rebound of shield at the moment of placing segment of earth pressure balanced rectangular pipe jacking machine in the early stage of field construction and the cutting-edge technology of controlling settlement. Taking the construction of the crossing passage of Jinan Metro Line 2 as an example, the shield rebound control technology of large section rectangular pipe jacking is studied through theoretical calculation, analysis and practice. In the pipe jacking construction of the project, on the one hand, the real-time detection technology of the displacement of the propulsion hydraulic cylinder is adopted to facilitate the adjustment of the lifting attitude during the construction process,on the other hand, the hydraulic support shoe stopping method is adopted to keep the earth pressure balanced, and realize the zero settlement control goal of rectangular pipe jacking construction under the geological condition of soft soil.
