摘要
为打破传统微网的垄断,提出开放微网能源调度模型,以给予用户在任一时刻选择任一能源商品运营商的权利;为更好地分析用户用能行为的改变,基于用户消费心理研究其消费行为,创建不同类型用户响应模型,以满足不同用户的用能需求;根据系统调度等约束条件,以开放微网收益最大和用户用能成本最小为目标,建立开放微网多目标资源规划模型,并采用非支配排序遗传算法进行求解。算例仿真结果表明所提模型可有效提升开放微网的收益,降低用户用能成本。
In order to break the monopoly of traditional microgrid,an energy scheduling model of open microgrid is proposed to give users the right of choosing any energy commodity operator at any moment.In order to better analyze the changes of users’energy consumption behavior,the users’consumption behavior based on their consumption psychology is researched,and different types of user response models are created to satisfy the energy consumption demand of different users.According to the constraints such as system scheduling,a multi-objective resource planning model of open microgrid is built,which takes the maximum income of open microgrid and the minimum users’energy consumption cost as its objectives,and is solved by NSGA-Ⅱ(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ).The results of case simulation show that the proposed model can effectively improve the income of open microgrid and reduce users’energy consumption cost.
