烯烃聚合催化剂三氟化硼的分离回收研究进展

摘要 近年来国内烯烃聚合工艺中催化剂三氟化硼(BF_(3))的使用逐年增加,但因BF_(3)具有一定的毒性和腐蚀性,会对环境带来一定的污染,因此,对其安全回收利用具有重要意义。有机物料中BF_(3)及其络合物的分离脱除技术主要包括碱中和法、吸附法、萃取法、络合法、热裂解法、闪蒸法,其中的络合法、热裂解法、闪蒸法可以对BF_(3)进行回收再利用。含BF_(3)废水的处理主要通过BF_(3)的转化反应以及后续的沉淀过滤或脱水浓缩来实现。 The recent domestic technology of separation and recovery of catalyst boron trifluoride and its complex in olefin polymerization process and treatment of wastewater containing boron trifluoride were reviewed.The separation and removal techniques of boron trifluoride and its complex include alkali neutralization,adsorption,extraction,collateralization,thermal cracking and flash evaporation.Boron trifluoride could also be recovered by collateralization,pyrolysis and flash evaporation.The wastewater containing boron trifluoride was treated by boron trifluoride transformation reaction and subsequent precipitation filtration or dehydration concentration.The characteristics of these technique were analyzed and suggestions were put forward.
