基于太阳能电池增效Zn_(0.01)Ca_(0.99)Al_(11.98)O_(19:0.02)Mn^(4+)转光剂的合成及性能研究

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法合成了CaAl_(11.98)O_(19):0.02Mn^(4+)和Zn_(0.01)Ca_(0.99)Al_(11.98)O_(19):0.02Mn^(4+)转光剂,利用X射线衍射和荧光光谱研究了转光剂的物相结构和发光性能。在217 nm紫外光的激发下,发出光谱主峰位在653 nm左右的深红光,正是太阳能电池吸收600~700 nm区域;加入电荷平衡剂Zn2+之后,有利于提高Zn_(0.01) Ca_(0.99)Al_(11.98)O_(19):0.02Mn^(4+)的荧光强度。 CaAl_(11.98)O_(19):0.02Mn4^(+)and Zn_(0.01)Ca_(0.99)Al_(11.98)O_(19):0.02Mn4^(+)agents were synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method,the phase structure and luminescence properties were investigated using XRD and fluorescence spectrometer.They shown about 653 nm deep red light when excitation at 217 nm UV-light and it is absorbed for solar cells in 600-700nm region.Charge equilibrium Zn^(2+)ion is better for enhancing fluorescence intensity of Zn_(0.01) Ca_(0.99)Al_(11.98)O_(19):0.02Mn^(4+).
