摘要
对于撬装空分装置,在满足运输限制和工艺要求的条件下,如何对冷箱内设备和管道合理化布置是设计中的重要课题。介绍了12000 Nm^(3)/h液氮空分装置撬装冷箱内设备、管道和管架的布置方案;通过应力分析对管道进行优化;总结了空分装置撬装化的优势。
For the skid-mounted air separation unit,how to rationally arrange the equipment and pipelines in the cold box is an important topic in the design under the condition of meeting the transportation restrictions and technological requirements.This paper introduces the arrangement of equipment,pipes and pipe support in 12000 Nm^(3)/h liquid nitroge separation device.Optimized the pipeline arrangement with the stress analysis.Summarized the advantages of air separation device skid-mounted.
