摘要
叶毓山的《红军突破湘江纪念碑》在我国革命历史题材雕塑的发展历程中占有举足轻重的地位。作品将西方现代雕塑技法与我国传统写意手法有机融合,形成了独具民族特色的纪念碑雕塑样式。同时,作品对革命战争中人民生存状态的观照,体现出“全民抗战”的主题思想,彰显了深刻的“人民性”内涵。本文从表现手法、形式语言、空间形态和表现题材、主题内容、观看视角等角度,分析《红军突破湘江纪念碑》的民族化探索与人民性表达,并进一步探讨叶毓山的创新实践对我国革命历史题材雕塑现代转型的影响。
YE Yushan’s “Monument to the Red Army Breakthrough Xiangjiang River”occupies a pivotal position in the development of sculpture on revolutionary historical themes in China. The work is an organic fusion of modern Western sculptural techniques and traditional Chinese calligraphy, resulting in a monumental sculpture with unique national characteristics. At the same time, the composition reflects the theme of total resistance by the whole nation and the profound connotation of affinity to the people by observing the living conditions of the people in the revolutionary war. In this article, we look at expression, formal language, spatial form and expressive subject matter, thematic content and viewing perspective, and analysis of the exploration of nationalization and expression of the people in “The Monument to the Red Army Breakthrough Xiangjiang River”. It also further explores the impact of YE Yushan’s innovative practice on the transformation of China’s revolutionary historical sculpture.
