西红花药材中胭脂红和赤藓红的离子迁移谱快检方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 建立西红花药材中胭脂红和赤藓红非法染色的离子迁移谱(IMS)快速检测方法。方法 [M-H]^(-)模式下,电压2 000 V、漂移管电压7 500 V、进气温度180℃、漂移管温度180℃,栅电压45 V,栅脉冲宽度120μs,漂移管流速1.2 L/min,排气泵流速0.8 L/min,运行时间30 s,光谱范围25 ms;分别对单一色素和2种色素同时存在时的迁移前时间进行考察。结果 胭脂红、赤藓红的迁移时间分别为(9.277±0.018)ms、(16.705±0.016)ms,检测限均为5μg/mL。10批次药材样品中有1批次检出胭脂红染色。结论 所建立的IMS检测方法快速、简便、稳定,可用于西红花药材中非法染色色素胭脂红和赤藓红的初步筛查。 Objective To establish a rapid detection method for the illegal dyes(carmine and erythrosine) in Croci Stigma by ion mobility spectrometry(IMS).Methods Under [M-H]^(-) mode with the voltage of 2 000 V,drift tube voltage of 7 500 V,inlet air temperature of 180 ℃,drift tube temperature of 180 ℃,gate voltage of 45 V,gate pulse width of 120 μs,drift tube flow rate of1. 2 L/min,exhaust pump of 0. 8 L/min,operation time of 30 s and spectral range of 25 ms,the migration time of single dye and two dyes detected simultaneously was investigated respectively.Results The migration time of carmine and erythrosine was(9. 277 ± 0. 018) ms and(16. 705 ± 0. 016) ms,respectively. The limit of detection(LOD) of carmine and erythrosine was 5 μg/mL.Carmine was detected in one of the 10 batches of medicinal materials.Conclusion The established IMS detection method is rapid,simple and stable,which can be used for the preliminary screening of the illegal dyes(carmine and erythrosine) in Croci Stigma.
