高水平专业建设视域下高职教师专业实践能力提升的困境及对策

提升高职教师专业实践能力是实现教师职业专业化发展的客观要求,也是推动高职院校健康可持续发展和中国特色高水平专业建设的根本保障。介绍了高职教师专业实践能力提升的重要性,分析了我国高职教师专业实践能力提升的现实困境,提出了高水平专业建设视域下高职教师专业实践能力提升的主要对策:加强顶层设计,完善教师专业实践能力培养制度体系;搭建多元平台,形成教师专业实践能力培养载体;利用信息技术,优化教师专业实践能力服务供给;建立激励机制,提高教师专业实践能力国际化水平。

Improving the professional practice ability of higher vocational college teachers is the objective requirement of realizing the professional development of teachers.It is also the fundamental guarantee to promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and the construction of high-level specialty with Chinese characteristics.This paper introduces the importance of improving the professional practice ability of higher vocational college teachers and also analyzes the realistic predicament of the professional practice ability promotion of higher vocational college teachers in our country.In response,this paper puts forward the main countermeasures to improve the professional practice ability of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of construction of high-level specialties,which include enhancing the top design to improve the system of teachers'professional practice ability,building a multi-platform to form the carrier of teachers'professional practice ability,using information technology to optimize the supply of teachers'professional practice ability service and creating incentives to improve the international level of teachers'professional practice ability.
