紫草油走罐联合隔姜灸三联疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察 被引量:3

Clinical Observation on Zicao Oil Moving Cupping Combined with Ginger Moxibustion Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

摘要 目的系统观察紫草油走罐联合隔姜灸三联疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用紫草油走罐联合隔姜灸三联疗法,对照组口服加巴喷丁胶囊钙通道调节剂来缓解疼痛,2组疗程均为10 d。对比2组在治疗前和治疗后10 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.00%(27/30),对照组的总有效率为73.33%(22/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫草油走罐联合隔姜灸三联疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果显著,值得临床推广运用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zicao oil moving cupping combined with ginger moxibustion triple therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group used Zicao oil moving cupping combined with ginger moxibustion triple therapy,and the control group used oral Gabapentitin capsule calcium channel regulator to relieve pain therapy.Both groups were 10 days.VAS pain scores and PSQI scores for 10 days before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(27/30),that of the control group was 73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Zicao oil moving cupping combined with ginger moxibustion triple therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
