桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗冠心病室性早搏临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the Treatment of Ventricular Premature Beat of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤在冠心病室性早搏治疗中应用的可行性及效果。方法选取兴城市中医医院2020年5月—2021年5月接收治疗的冠心病室性早搏患者90例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗方法上再增加桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,将2组患者治疗前后的心电图缺血表现、不良反应情况与治疗效果、患者生活质量评分进行比较。结果2组患者接受治疗后的T波改变数与S-T段压低数与治疗前相比均有改善,观察组的改善度优于对照组,并且观察组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗总有效率与患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病室性早搏患者的临床治疗中,采用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤效果更明显,可以有效缓解患者病情,提高治疗效果,降低患者不良反应的发生率,值得推广应用于临床治疗中。

Objective To analyze the feasibility and therapeutic effect of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease who received treatment in Xingcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction.The ECG ischemic manifestations and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared with the therapeutic effect and life quality scores of patients in the 2 groups.Results The number of T wave changes and S-T segment depression of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate and quality of life score of the patients were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat,the therapeutic effect of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction is more obvious,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
