During the socialist revolution and construction period, our party has always put the development of science and technology in the important position of the national development strategy, on the basis of reorganization and planning, the system has constructed a new system of science and technology, took a firm step towards science, began the great journey of socialist construction. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, economy and great social progress, our Party has made arduous exploration on the construction of scientific and technological soft power of the new socialist People’s Republic of China.
