改性铁碳填料强化处理低浓度含磷废水研究 被引量:1

摘要 将铁粉、活性炭粉及锌/铝化物混合,以膨润土和水泥为粘合剂制备改性铁碳微电解填料。以模拟低浓度(1mg·L-1)含磷废水为研究对象,考察了铁碳比、铁锌(铝)比,膨润土含量、水泥含量、搅拌强度、填料投加量等对磷去除效果的影响,并对使用前后的填料进行表征。结果表明:铁碳质量比为3:1,铁锌(铝)质量比为6:1,膨润土和水泥含量分别为15%和20%,搅拌强度为120r/min,投加量为0.15kg/L,120min时除磷效果最佳,传统Fe/C填料磷去除率为74.82%,铁锌碳填料和铁铝碳填料的磷去除率分别为90.58%和92.21%,分别提高15.76%和17.39%。 The reduced iron powder, activated carbon powder, and zinc/aluminum compound are mixed in a certain proportion, and bentonite and cement are used as binders to prepare spherical modified iron-carbon micro-electrolytic fillers. Taking the simulated low-concentration(1 mg·L-1) phosphorus wastewater as the research object, the effects of iron-carbon ratio, iron-zinc(aluminum) ratio, bentonite content, cement content, mixing strength, and filler dosage on the phosphorus removal effect were investigated. And characterize the filler before and after use. The results show that the mass ratio of iron to carbon is 3:1, the mass ratio of iron to zinc(aluminum) is 6:1, the contents of bentonite and cement are 15% and 20%, respectively, the mixing strength is 120 r/min, and the dosage is 0.15 kg/L, the phosphorus removal effect is best at 120 min. The phosphorus removal rate of traditional Fe/C filler is 74.82%, and the phosphorus removal rate of iron-zinc-carbon filler and iron-aluminum-carbon filler are respectively 90.58% and 92.21%, which are increased respectively by 15.76% and 17.39%.
