孟鲁司特钠片联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入粉雾剂治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征的效果及对氧化应激指标、免疫功能的影响

Effect of montelukast sodium tablets combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and immune function

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠片联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入粉雾剂治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(ACOS)的临床效果。方法将2019年1月至2021年4月收治的82例ACOS患者以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规治疗加沙美特罗替卡松吸入粉雾剂,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠片。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、8-异前列腺素(8-isoPG)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的调节性T细胞(Treg)高于对照组,辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、Th17/Treg低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入粉雾剂治疗ACOS的效果满意,也能调节氧化应激指标与免疫功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium tablets combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS).Methods A total of 82 ACOS patients admitted from January 2019 to April 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FENO),leukotriene B4(LTB4)and 8-isoprostane(8-isoPG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the T-regulatory cells(Treg)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the helper T cell 17(Th17)and Th17/Treg were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium tablets combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation in the treatment of ACOS has a satisfactory effect,it can also regulate oxidative stress indexes and immune function,which is worth promoting.
