摘要
在当前俄乌冲突背景下,基于克里米亚大桥爆炸事件,研究了重要桥梁设施的防护问题。现代战争条件下桥梁等基础设施面临监视侦察手段全面、打击形式精准多样、后期修复难度更大的新挑战,从结构抗爆设计、局部加固技术和快速抢修抢建技术三个方面提出了针对桥梁设施的防护举措。有助于提高交通基础设施面对不断升级的新威胁下的生存能力。
In the context of the current Russian-Ukrainian conflict, based on the explosion of the Crimean Bridge, the protection of important bridge facilities was studied. Under the conditions of modern warfare, bridges and other infrastructures are faced with new challenges such as comprehensive surveillance and reconnaissance means, accurate and diverse strike forms, and greater difficulty in later repairment. From three aspects of structural explosion resistance design, local reinforcement technology, and rapid repair and construction technology, preventive measures for bridge facilities are proposed. The study is conducive to improve the viability of transport infrastructure in the face of new threats that are constantly upgrading.
