摘要
目的 探讨早期自主训练疗法联合仿生物电刺激疗法治疗腹直肌分离患者的治疗效果。方法 选取102例产后康复治疗的产后腹直肌分离患者为研究对象,将患者根据随机数字表法分为早期自主训练治疗组、仿生物电刺激疗法组及联合组,每组34例。早期自主训练治疗组采用自主训练法对患者腹直肌进行康复锻炼,仿生物电刺激疗法组采用法国PHENIX神经肌肉治疗仪对患者腹直肌进行电刺激治疗,联合组采用早期自主训练疗法联合仿生物电刺激疗法治疗。比较三组治疗效果及治疗前后腹直肌分离距离。结果 联合组治疗总有效率100%高于早期自主训练治疗组76.47%和仿生物电刺激疗法组85.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,三组腹直肌分离距离比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,三组腹直肌分离距离均小于本组治疗前,且三组组间腹直肌分离距离比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期自主训练疗法和仿生物电刺激疗法均可治疗产后腹直肌分离,将两种治疗方法联合使用治疗效果更佳。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of early independent training therapy combined with bioelectric stimulation in the treatment of patients with rectus abdominis separation.Methods 102 patients with separation of rectus abdominis after postpartum rehabilitation were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into early independent training group,mimicking bioelectrical stimulation group and combined group,with 34 cases in each group.The early independent training treatment group used the independent training method to rehabilitate the rectus abdominis of the patients;the imitation biological electrical stimulation treatment group used the French PHENIX neuromuscular therapy instrument to perform electrical stimulation treatment on the rectus abdominis of the patients;the combined group used the early independent training therapy combined with imitation biological electrical stimulation therapy.The therapeutic effect and separation distance of rectus abdominis before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 100%higher than that of the early independent training group 76.47%and the imitation bioelectric stimulation group 85.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the separation distance of rectus abdominis between three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the separation distance of rectus abdominis in the three groups was less than that before treatment,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early independent training therapy and bioelectric stimulation therapy can treat the separation of rectus abdominis after delivery,and the combination of the two treatments is more effective.
