摘要
目的比较布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿急性肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年10月—2022年5月晋江市英墩华侨医院收治的急性肺炎患儿300例,按照双盲法分为A组和B组,各150例。A组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,B组采用硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,2组均持续治疗1周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗1周后炎性因子[白介素13(IL-13)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC],不良反应发生率。结果B组总有效率为98.67%,高于A组的92.67%(χ^(2)=6.513,P=0.011)。治疗1周后,2组血清IL-13、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于治疗前,且B组血清IL-13、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于A组,FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于A组(P<0.01)。B组不良反应总发生率为1.33%,低于A组的6.00%(χ^(2)=4.624,P=0.032)。结论硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿急性肺炎的效果优于布地奈德,可增强疗效,更有效地减轻炎性反应,改善肺功能,且其不良反应较少。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of atomiz inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of children with acute pneumonia.Methods A total of 300 children with acute pneumonia admitted to Jinjiang City Yingdun Overseas Chinese Hospital from October 2020 to May 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the group A and the group B according to double-blind method,with 150 cases in each group.The group A was treated with atomiz inhalation of budesonide,while the group B was treated with atomiz inhalation of salbutamol sulfate,both groups were treated for 1 week.Clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors(IL-13,IL-8,TNF-α),pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC)before and after 1 week of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Total effective rate of the group B was 98.67%,which was higher than 92.67%of the group A(χ^(2)=6.513,P=0.011).After 1 week of treatment,serum levels of IL-13,IL-8,TNF-αof the two groups were lower than those before treatment,FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than those before treatment,and serum levels of IL-13,IL-8,TNF-αof the group B were lower than those of the group A,and FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than those of the group A(P<0.01).Incidence of adverse reactions of the group B was 1.33%,which was lower than 6.00%of the group A(χ^(2)=4.624,P=0.032).Conclusion Atomiz inhalation of salbutamol sulfate is better than budesonide in the treatment of children with acute pneumonia,it can enhance curative effect,significantly reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve pulmonary function,reduce adverse reactions.
