带式输送机穿风门墙防风流逆流装置的设计及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对李雅庄煤矿2-607掘进工作面出料系统采用刮板输送机穿过风门墙进行出料的方式,存在风流调整不准确等问题,采用带式输送机及穿风门墙防风流逆流装置进行改造调整。结果表明:出料系统运行稳定,风量损失较小,具有较好的安全经济效益。 In view of the fact that the discharge system of the 2-607 heading face in Liyazhuang Coal Mine adopts scraper conveyor to discharge through the throttle wall, and there are some problems such as inaccurate air flow adjustment, the belt conveyor and the windshield wall anti-wind countercurrent device are adopted to carry out transformation and adjustment. The results show that the operation of the discharge system is stable, the air loss is small, and it has better safety and economic benefits.
