摘要
分析了废锅工艺气化系统积灰结渣的原因,认为煤灰中高含量的碱金属钠、钾会降低煤灰烧结温度,促进积灰结渣。鉴于此,常州中南化工有限公司开发了新型无钠型水煤浆添加剂,以降低因水煤浆添加剂带入气化系统的钠、钾含量。实验室静态试验、动态试验及该添加剂在E-Gas气化装置和晋华炉的工业应用实践表明,该添加剂成浆性能良好,可减缓气化系统结灰。
The causes of ash accumulation and slagging in coal gasification system of waste heat boiler process were analyzed.It was believed that the high content of alkali metals of sodium and potassium in coal ash would reduce the sintering temperature of coal ash and promote ash accumulation and slagging.For this reason,Changzhou Zhongnan Chemical Co.,Ltd.had developed a new sodium-free CWS additive to reduce the sodium and potassium content brought into the gasification system by the CWS additive.Laboratory static test,dynamic test and industrial application of the additive in E-Gas gasification unit and Jinhua furnace proved that the additive had good slurrying property and could slow down ash formation in gasification system.
