摘要 在智能技术时代,质量评价作为在线教学质量保障和人才培养提质增效的主要抓手,其重要性和必要性日益凸显。基于此,文章首先将在线教学质量评价依托的主体——在线教学的发展划分为孕育期、萌芽期、生长期、转型期四个阶段,并分析了在线教学质量评价的问题表征。随后,文章依托第四代教育评价范式,阐释了高校在线教学质量评价体系的特征,并从价值论、认识论、方法论三个层面剖析了智能技术时代高校在线教学质量评价体系的建构机理。最后,文章针对当前在线教学质量评价存在的问题,遵循第四代教育评价范式的发展理路,从过程性评价、终结性评价、增值性评价、综合性评价四个角度提出高校在线教学质量评价的未来发展路向,以“建构主义”的理念改善高校在线教学质量评价体系。 In the intelligent technology era,as the main grasp of the quality guarantee of online teaching and the quality and efficiency improvement of talent training,the importance and necessity of quality evaluation are increasingly prominent.Based on this,the paper firstly divided the development of online teaching,as the dependent subjects of online teaching quality evaluation,into four stages of the gestation period,the budding period,the growth period and the transition period,and analyzed the problem representations of quality evaluation of online teaching.Subsequently,relying on the fourth generation educational evaluation paradigm,this paper explained the characteristics of online teaching quality evaluation system in universities,and analyzed the construction mechanism of online teaching quality evaluation system in universities in the intelligent technology era from three dimensions of axiology,epistemology and methodology.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of online teaching quality evaluation and following the development approach of the fourth generation educational evaluation paradigm,this paper proposed the future development direction of online teaching quality evaluation in universities from four angles of process evaluation,summative evaluation,value-added evaluation and comprehensive evaluation,in order to improve the online teaching quality evaluation system in universities with the concept of“constructivism”.
