摘要
大倾角工作面过老空巷道与煤炭自然发火防治技术是矿井安全生产的重要工作。长期以来,工作面大倾角回采防灭火技术与过老空巷道一直是煤矿安全生产的重要因素。本次采用高水材料充填方法,完美帮助2507综放工作面回采推进过老空巷道,保证了顶板的完整、液压支架的初撑力,确保工作面回采过老空巷道期间因煤壁破碎、顶板垮落、液压支架初撑力不足造成隐患问题。本项目对大倾角综放工作面防灭火计划和过老空巷道充填技术等问题研究,加大矿井自然发火治理力度,研究与推广煤矿自然发火和老空巷道充填治理的先进、适用技术,保障矿井的安全高效生产。
The prevention and control technology of large inclination working face over old empty roadway and coal natural fire is an important work in mine safety production.The fire prevention technology of large inclination mining and over-empty roadway has long been an important factor in coal mine safety.In this project,by using high water material filling method for the two old hollow passages of 2507 workface,it perfectly helped the workface to advance over the old hollow passages,ensuring the integrity of the roof plate and the initial bracing force of the hydraulic brace,ensuring the hidden problems caused by the broken coal wall,collapse of the roof plate and insufficient initial bracing force of the hydraulic brace during the workface back mining over the old hollow.This project is a study of the fire prevention plan and the technology offilling the over-aged roadway at large inclined working faces,which will increase the efforts of natural fire management in mines and promote the advanced and applicable technology of natural fire management and old-aged roadway filling in coal mines to ensure the safe and efficient production of mines.
