外加磁场对煤泥水中高岭土沉降的影响研究

摘要 以煤泥水中高岭土为研究对象,研究预磁化水对高岭土矿浆沉降效果的影响。结果表明,磁化去离子水、磁化自来水均可加快高岭土矿物的自然沉降。磁化3 h去离子水沉降30 min的上清液稀释后,浊度较未磁化去离子水上清液浊度降低101.5 NTU,沉降区高度未见明显变化;磁化3 h自来水体系沉降30 min的上清液浊度较未磁化去离子水上清液浊度降低145.5 NTU,磁化时间过长对煤系高岭土沉降产生抑制作用。磁化水的pH值随磁化时间的增加而增大,碱性有利于高岭土的自然沉降。本研究可为煤泥水固液分离研究提供借鉴。 Taking kaolin in slime water as the research object,the effect of pre-magnetized water on the settling effect of kaolin slurry was studied.The results show that magnetized deionized water and magnetized tap water can accelerate the natural settlement of kaolin,the turbidity of the supernatant settled for 30 min in the deionized water magnetized 3 h was reduced by 101.5 NTU compared with that of the diluted supernatant on the non-magnetized deionized water,and the height of the settlement zone was not significantly changed.The turbidity of the supernatant settled for 30 min in the tap water magnetized 3 h was reduced by 145.5 NTU compared with that of the diluted supernatant on the non-magnetized tap water,but too long magnetization time can inhibit the sedimentation of coal series kaolin.The pH value of magnetized water increases with the increase of magnetization time,and alkalinity is conducive to the natural settlement of kaolin;This study can provide a reference for the separation of sludge water solid-liquid separation.
