摘要
以西南金丝梅(Hypericum henryi Levl.et fan)地上部分为材料,将其正己烷组分通过硅胶柱层析、中压制备色谱(MPLC)、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱层析等方法,分离并得到4个化合物,包括2个内酯环的间苯三酚类化合物(PPAPs),1个单环体系的间苯三酚类化合物(MPAPs)和1个双环体系的间苯三酚类化合物(BPAPs),其中1个为新的PPAPs类化合物,将其命名为hyphenrone Y。所有化合物的结构均通过核磁共振和质谱等多种波谱技术进行确定。
The n-hexane component of the aerial part of Hypericum henryi Levl.et fan was isolated by using silica gel column chromatography,medium pressure preparative chromatography(MPLC)and sephadexlh-20 gel column chromatography.Four compounds were isolated,including two lactone cyclic acylphloroglucinols(PPAPs),one monocyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol(MPAPs)and one bicyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol(BPAPs).One of them is a new PPAPs compound,named hyphenrone Y.The structures of all compounds were determined by NMR and HRMS.
