Kano管理模式结合规范化皮肤护理对急性脑卒中后失禁性皮炎、压力性损伤的预防效果及对创面愈合的影响

Preventive effects of Kano management model combined with standardized skin care on incontinence associated dermatitis and pressure injury after acute cerebral stroke and its influence on wound healing

目的探讨Kano管理模式结合规范化皮肤护理在急性脑卒中后的应用价值。方法选取2019年9月至2021年3月我院收治的94例急性脑卒中患者,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施Kano管理模式结合规范化皮肤护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的压力性损伤、失禁性皮炎(IAD)总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院前1 d,观察组的生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间、周边皮肤改善时间短于对照组,创面换药次数少于对照组,干预后7 d创面面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Kano管理模式结合规范化皮肤护理在急性脑卒中患者中的应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application value of Kano management model combined with standardized skin care after acute cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute cerebral stroke admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected.According to different nursing plans,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Kano management model combined with standardized skin care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidences of pressure injury and incontinence associated dermatitis(IAD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One day before discharge,the scores of physiology,psychology,social culture and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and peripheral skin improvement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the times of wound dressing change was less than that in the control group,and the wound area at 7 d after intervention was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Kano management model combined with standardized skin care in paitents with acute cerebral stroke is significant.
