摘要
目的 探讨PBL联合在线教学法在眼科护理教学查房中的效果,总结教学查房的经验。方法 抽取2020年1—6月在眼科实习的84名实习护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规在线教学法)与观察组(PBL联合在线教学法),每组各为42名,均进行为期6周的带教,定期进行线上教学查房。对照组采用常规线上教学查房,观察组采用PBL联合在线教学法查房,比较两组出科考核成绩及学生对教学查房效果的评价。结果 观察组实习护生出科理论考试成绩和操作能力和临床理论均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。且观察组的学习积极性和课上学习气氛、自主学习与分析解决问题综合效果,和导师满意度调查等客观评测均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合在线教学法在眼科护理教学查房中取得了良好的教学效果,有效地改善学生的理论及操作的基础能力,还运用创新思维调动学生的自主积极性,获得了较高的教学查房满意度。PBL联合在线教学法是适合眼科临床专科护理要求和发展的一种教学查房模式,值得各科在临床教学查房中广泛应用。
Objective To explore the application effect and summarize the experience of PBL combined with online teaching method of ophthalmic ward round for practice nurses during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. Methods A total of 84 practice nurses who were in ophthalmology department from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. Each group with 42 cases(a control group and an observation group)underwent a 6-week rotation. The control group used regular online teaching rounds, and the observation group used PBL combined with regular online teaching methods for 6 weeks. The two groups were compared by skills examinations and application effect evaluation of teaching ward round. Results Scores of the theoretical knowledge and operational skills examination of PBL combined online teaching group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The learning motivation, learning atmosphere, ability of expression and summary, autonomous learning, problem-solving,team-work, and the degree of teaching satisfaction in observation group were higher than in control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with online teaching method can improve practice nurses’ theoretical knowledge and operational skills, mobilize their active learning ability and innovative thinking mode, and gain higher satisfaction degree. The PBL combined online teaching method is a teaching ward rounds model suitable for the current normalization of the new crown epidemic and the requirements and development of clinical ophthalmology specialty nursing.It is worthy of more extensive promotion and application in clinical teaching rounds.
