Using the method of production process investigation and field monitoring, and basing on the principle of material balance in the whole process, the present situation of related Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) raw and auxiliary materials used in printing enterprises α,plastic enterprises β,coating enterprises γ and electronic enterprises θ,as well as the reduction capacity and disorganized emission of terminal treatment facilities in Shenzhen were studied. The results showed that the substitution rate of low volatile sources was low among the four industrial sources, and the proportion of pure solvent materials in electronic enterprise θ was the largest, accounting for 94.1%.VOCs generated by raw materials after collection and recycling, the actual reduction ratio was generally low, coating enterprises γ was relatively high, only 21.5%;Four types of industrial sources of VOCs unorganized emissions were very prominent, electronic enterprises θ unorganized emissions accounted for the highest proportion of its total emissions, which is 99.0%.In order to effectively reduce the unorganized emission of VOCs from industrial sources,it is recommended to improve the waste gas collection rate,VOCs concentration in the collected exhaust gas and end treatment efficiency of VOCs related processes.
