白鲜种子休眠解除过程中的转录组分析 被引量:2

摘要 以解除休眠过程不同阶段的种子为材料,通过高通量测序技术对样品转录组进行测序分析。共获得135.98 Gb的原始数据,302453条Unigenes,注释到七大功能数据库(GO、KEGG、KOG、NR、TrEMBL、Pfam、Swiss-Prot),分别有139276(NR:46.05%)、128449(TrEMBL:42.47%)、86498(Swiss-Prot:28.60%)、90564(KOG:29.94%)、103481(KEGG:34.21%)、108540(GO:35.89%)以及90410(Pfam:29.89%)条Unigenes得到功能注释。通过GO分类和KEGG Pathway富集性分析,分别归于59个GO类别和145条代谢途径。同时,有6081个Unigenes被注释为转录因子。利用高通量测序技术获得白鲜转录组信息,有助于从分子水平对白鲜进行深入研究。 The seeds in different stages of dormancy release process were taken as materials,and the transcriptome of the samples was sequenced and analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.135.98 Gb of original data were generated,302453 Unigenes were annotated to 7 major functional databases(GO,KEGG,KOG,NR,TrEMBL,Pfam and Swiss-prot).139276(NR:46.05%),128449(TrEMBL:42.47%),86498(Swiss prot:28.60%),90564(KOG:29.94%),103481(KEGG:34.21%),108540(GO:35.89%)and 90410(Pfam:29.89%)Unigenes were annotated respectively.By GO classification and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,59 GO categories and 145 metabolic pathways were assigned.Simultaneously,6081 Unigenes were annotated as transcription factors.Using high-throughput sequencing technology to obtain the transcriptome information of white fresh food was helpful to further study white fresh food at the molecular level.
