摘要 以某串联式混合动力搅拌车为研究对象,根据车辆的工作场景和动力特性,基于目前的发动机动力和电机工作特性,分析并建立了发动机的定点控制策略和基于最优曲线的功率跟随控制策略。在MATLAB/Simulink软件中建立了控制策略模型,结合AVL-Cruise软件中建立整车模型,在C-WTVC循环下进行了两种策略的仿真与结果分析。结果表明,该车采用定点控制策略的燃油经济性与功率跟随控制策略的燃油经济性基本相当,但功率跟随策略的电池循环次数明显少于定点控制策略,这对电池寿命更为友好。 Taking a series hybrid mixer as the research object,the fixed-point control strategy and power following control strategy based on optimal curve were analyzed and built according to the working scene and power characteristics of the vehicle and based on the current engine power and motor operating characteristics.The control strategy model was built in MATLAB/Simulink software.The vehicle model was built with AVL-Cruise software,and the simulation and result analysis of the two strategies were carried out under C-WTVC cycle.The results show that the fuel economy of the fixed-point control strategy is almost the same as that of the power following control strategy,but the number of battery charge-discharge cycles of the power following strategy is obviously less than that of the fixed-point control strategy,which is more friendly to the battery life.
