摘要
活性深红WRU可解决现有活性深红产品印花时需要使用大量尿素,以及织物白地沾色牢度差的问题。试验对其应用性能进行测试,结果表明:活性深红WRU具有优异的提升性能,当染料质量分数为10%时,其印花粘胶织物的Integ值达到77.74;对尿素的依存性较低,且具有优异的白地沾色牢度;当染料质量分数为8%时,其印花棉和粘胶织物的白地沾色牢度分别为3~4级和3级。
Reactive Crimson WRU can solve the problems of using a large amount of urea and the staining to white ground of the fabric when printing with the existing reactive crimson dyes.The application performance of Reactive Crimson WRU is tested.The results show that Reactive Crimson WRU has excellent building up properties.When the mass fraction of dye is 10%,the Integ value of the printed viscose fabric can reach 77.74.It has low dependence on urea and excellent color fastness to white ground.When the mass fraction of the dye is 8%,the staining to white ground of the printed cotton and viscose fabrics is Grade 3-4 and Grade 3 re⁃spectively.
