基于评价体系的口腔专科医疗机构信息化建设水平的现状研究

Study on the Current Situation of Informatization Construction of Stomatological Medical Institutions Based on Two Informatization Evaluation Systems

目的了解口腔专科医疗机构两种信息化评价体系下的信息化建设水平,为推进信息化建设提供参考。方法2021年6月对84家口腔专科医院进行问卷调查,了解其2020年全年信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评、电子病历系统应用水平分级评价情况。结果共84家口腔专科医院参与调查,有30.95%医院(26家)参加了互联互通测评,其中三级医院共20家(46.51%)参加评估,最高等级为四级甲等(7家);共45家(53.57%)医院参加了电子病历分级评价,其中三级医院共37家(86.05%)参加评价,最高等级为5级,4级占比最高,有21家(48.84%)。结论在互联互通测评和电子病历分级评价中整体评级水平不高,且有一定比例医疗机构未参评,特别是二级医院,未来应进一步合理应用两种评价体系,提高参评率;加强统筹规划;加强医院内部协调与配合;做好数据标准化,注重数据质量和安全。

Objective To understand the informatization construction level of stomatological medical institutions under the two informatization evaluation systems,and provide reference for promoting the informatization construction.Methods In June 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 84 stomatological hospitals to understand the information interconnection and standardization maturity evaluation,and the grading evaluation of the application level of electronic medical record system in 2020.Results A total of 84 stomatological hospitals participated in the survey,and 30.95%of the hospitals(26 hospitals)participated in the connectivity assessment,including 20 tertiary hospitals(46.51%)participated in the assessment,and the highest level was grade IV A(7).A total of 45 hospitals(53.57%)participated in the grading evaluation of electronic medical records,of which 37 levelⅢhospitals(86.05%)participated in the evaluation.The highest level was level 5,and the highest proportion was level 4,with 21 hospitals(48.84%).Conclusion The overall rating level in the interconnection evaluation and electronic medical record grading evaluation is not high,and a certain proportion of medical institutions do not participate in the evaluation,especially the second-class hospitals.In the future,the two evaluation systems should be further rationally applied to improve the participation rate,strengthen overall planning.Strengthen the coordination and cooperation within the hospital.Do a good job in data standardization and pay attention to data quality and safety.
