摘要
胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)发病率居全球常见癌症第五位,死亡率居第三位.随着单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术的发展,人们对GC的研究已经开始逐渐从组织病理学水平发展到单细胞转录水平.本文对scRNA-seq技术原理及其在GC研究中的应用,包括其在揭示GC癌前病变的转录特征与起源、原发性肿瘤的瘤内异质性、肿瘤微环境和转移性播散等方面的应用进行了综述.
Gastric cancer(GC)is the fifth most common cancer worldwide and the third leading cause of cancer death.With the development of single-cell RNA-sequencing(sc RNA-seq)technology,the research on GC has gradually developed from the histopathological level to the transcriptional level.In this paper,we discuss the principle of scRNA-seq technology and its application in GC research,including the transcriptional characteristics and origin of GC precancerous lesions,intratumor heterogeneity of primary tumors,tumor microenvironment,and metastatic dissemination.
