大学附属综合性医院口腔科住培学员多院区同质化教学管理初探 被引量:1

Exploration on homogeneous teaching management for stomatology resident standardized training in university affiliated general hospital

摘要 如何开展综合性医院多院区一体化教学管理,争取做到不同院区之间的横向协同和纵向一致,确保每个院区具有同质化的临床教学质量,这是大学附属综合性医院多院区教学管理亟需解决的主要问题。本文以浙江大学医学院附属第一医院口腔科为例,介绍了开展多院区同质化教学管理的策略,旨在通过对多院区实行统一规范的教学管理,为口腔科住院医师规范化培训学员提供同质化的教学保障。这些策略主要包括:加强师资培训、实行分级制度并按照级别进行岗位轮替;学员轮转计划年度化、专科化编制;采用线上线下相结合的教学方式;充分发挥教学秘书和全程导师的作用;培训全程体现人文关怀,实行人性化管理。这些策略行之有效,使医院基本实现了住院医师规范化培训“同质化、一体化”的教学目标。 It is difficult for a multicampus general hospital to implement integrated and homogeneous clinical teaching with synergy and consistency.Taking stomatology department of The First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example,this article introduces the strategies for homogeneous teaching in multicampus by carrying out unified and standardized teaching management.This management ensures same teaching quality for residents in standardized training.These strategies mainly include:Strengthening faculty training,implementing a grading system and undertaking job rotation by grade;Organizing specialized rotation program annually;Applying diverse teaching methods that combining online and offline mode;Making full use of teaching secretary and whole course mentor;Embodying humane care and humane management throughout.These measures are effective.The hospital has basically achieved the teaching goal of“homogenization and integration”for residents in standardized training.
