响应面法优化亚临界提取碱蓬籽油工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为优化亚临界提取碱蓬籽油的工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法考查筛网目数、萃取温度、萃取时间对碱蓬籽油提取率的影响,建立回归模型,同时对理化性质进行初步研究。结果表明,亚临界提取碱蓬籽油的最佳工艺条件为筛网目数55目,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间2.1 h,碱蓬籽原油提取率可达7.86%,各项理化指标都符合盐地碱蓬籽油行业标准。 To optimize the sub-critical extraction conditions of suaeda seed oil.The response surface methodology was used to investigate the effects of sieve mesh number,extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of suaeda seed oil based on single factor experiment,to establish a regression model.and the physical and chemical properties were also studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions for sub-critical extraction of suaeda seed oil were as follows:sieve mesh 55 mesh,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 2.1 h,the extraction rate of suaeda seed oil could reach 7.86%.All physical and chemical indexes met the industrial standard of suaeda salsa seed oil.
