摘要
基于临床验案,探讨王兴华运用经典方药治疗心悸的临床经验。王兴华教授认为因痰热扰心者,治以清热化痰;因水火不济者,治以滋阴降火;因气血亏虚者,治以补气养血;因阴阳失调者,治以益阴通阳;因寒凝厥阴者,治以温经散寒。
Based on clinical proven cases, the paper discusses professor Wang Xinghua’s clinical experience in treating heart palpitation by classical prescriptions and materia medica. Professor Wang Xinghua believes that the treatment should clear heat and resolve phlegm when the disease is caused by phlegm heat disturbing the heart;nourish Yin and downbear fire when it is caused by water-fire imbalance;replenish Qi and nourish blood when it is caused by Qi and blood deficiency;benefit Yin and dredge Yang when it is caused by Yin and Yang imbalance;warm the meridian and disperse cold when it is caused by cold coagulation at Jueyin meridian.
