摘要
乐清市清江污水处理厂一期工程处理规模为0.35×10^(4)m^(3)/d,因工业废水、生活污水的排放量增加,扩建工程设计处理规模为0.55×10^(4)m^(3)/d,总处理规模为0.9×10^(4)m^(3)/d。污水主体工艺为AAO工艺,2020年7月~2021年9月连续15个月的运行数据表明,系统出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP平均值分别为11.85、0.25、7.31、0.12 mg/L,平均去除率分别为91.34%、98.88%、73.26%、94.83%,出水各指标均达到甚至优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。复合碳源与葡萄糖相比,脱氮消耗、污泥处置的吨水费用显著降低,复合碳源是较佳的外加碳源。
The treatment capacity of the frist-stage project of wastewater treatment plant in Qingjiang was 0.35×10^(4)m^(3)/d.Due to increased discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage,the design treatment capacity of the expansion project was 0.55×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The total treatment capacity was0.9×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The AAO was the main process.The water quality of 15 consecutive months from July.2020 to September.2021 indicated that the average values of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP are 11.85 mg/L,0.25 mg/L,7.31 mg/L,0.12 mg/L respectively and the average removal rates are 91.34%,98.88%,73.26%,94.83%respectively.All the indexes of effluent can meet and even surpass the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The complex carbon sourses was better than glucose because the treatment cost per ton wastewater of denitrification consumption and sludge disposal was significantly reduced.
