摘要 地区发展不平衡是地区发展和城乡关系综合作用的结果,这种综合作用主要表现为不同空间尺度的嵌套。文章运用泰尔指数的三阶嵌套分解方法,在八大综合经济区、省级、地级和县级4个空间尺度上,对2000—2018年的中国区域发展差距进行分解,分析宏观、中观和微观三种空间尺度的地区差距及其受到上一等级空间尺度差距的影响,分析每一种尺度地区差距对整体地区差距的贡献。结果表明,小尺度空间的局部不平衡和城镇化导致的多样化将是未来地区不平衡的主要特征;地区平衡发展的关键是地级单元(尤其是地级市)之间的协同。应将地区协调发展的重点放在地级单元之间,以及地级单元内部的城乡之间。 Regional development imbalance is the result of the comprehensive effects of regional development and urban-ru⁃ral relationship,and this combined action is mainly manifested as the nesting of different spatial scales.This paper uses the third-order nested decomposition method of Theil index to decompose the regional development gap of China from 2000 to 2018 from the four spatial scales of eight comprehensive economic zones,provincial,prefecture and county level,then analyzes the re⁃gional gap of macro,intermediate and micro spatial scopes and their influences by the upper-level spatial scale gaps,studying the contribution of each scale of regional disparity to the overall regional disparity.The conclusion shows that the local imbalance of small-scale space and the diversification caused by urbanization will be the main characteristics of regional imbalance in the future,that the key to the balanced regional development is the coordination among prefecture-level units(especially prefec⁃ture-level cities),and that the focus of regional coordinated development should be placed on the inner administrative unites with⁃in provinces,as well as between urban and rural areas within the prefecture-level units.
