HV1700型卧式振动卸料离心机的应用实践

摘要 介绍了HV1700型卧式振动卸料离心机的结构、工作原理、技术特点和技术参数。门克庆选煤厂安装1台HV1700型离心机试用于末煤脱水。应用结果表明:HV1700型卧式振动卸料离心机处理能力大,在一定的入料条件下应用于≤13 mm粒级末煤脱水效果较好;HV1700型离心机处理量不变时,随入料水分的增加,脱水效果也相应改善;处理量为200 t/h,入料水分为20.11%,水分降低2.66%,脱水效果达到最佳状态。当入料水分在16%时,处理量为300 t/h时,脱水效果急剧变差,水分降低仅0.46%;当入料水分在18%以上时,采用HV1700型离心机进行混煤脱水,效果较佳。 To solve the problems of high maintenance costs and long supply cycle of spares about the HV1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuge, the HV1700 horizontal vibrating discharge centrifuge is chosento dewater the small clean coal <13mm in place of it.This article introduces the primary structure, working principle, technical feature and technical parameters of this HV1700 centrifuge, and analyzesits application situation in Dingji mine coal preparation plant.The application shows that the HV1700 horizontal vibrating discharge centrifuge has the characteristics of large treatment capacity, good dewatering performance, small amount of maintenance and high reliability, with some advantages in dewateringthe <13 mm small coal.The dewatering effect of HV1700 centrifuge is improved with the increase of water content in the feed material.The treatment capacity is 200t/h, the feed water content is 20.11%,the water content is reduced by 2.66%,and the dehydration effect reaches the best state.When the feed water content is 16% and the treatment capacity is 300t/h, the dehydration effect becomes worse sharply and the water content decreases by only 0.46%.Therefore, it is not recommended to use this type of centrifuge for dehydration when the feed water is low.When the water content of feed is above 18%,HV1700 centrifuge can be used to dehydrate mixed coal, and the effect is better.
