摘要
阐述了鲁宝钢管有限责任公司空压站设备现状、存在问题、采取的节能降噪措施、实施情况及达到的效果,介绍了零气损外鼓风式吸附干燥机和电子液位零气损冷凝液自动排除器的工作原理及设备性能。鲁宝空压站通过采取将微热再生式干燥机更换为零气损外鼓风式干燥机、将空压机冷却器的手动排水阀更换成电子液位零气损冷凝液自动排除器、根据外供压缩空气需求量合理配置大小空压机的开启、将工况压力控制在最低标准范围以避免空压机加、卸载等措施,降低了空压站站内压缩空气损耗,减少了噪声,空压站电能损耗明显降低,取得了较好效果。
This paper expounds on the present situation,existing problems,energy saving and noise reduction measures,implementation situation,and achieved effect of Lubao air compressor station equipment,introduces the working principle and equipment performance of zero air loss external blast type adsorption dryer and electronic liquid level zero air loss condensate automatic exclusion separator.Lubao air compressor station adopts measures such as replacing the micro heat regenerative dryer with the zero air loss external blast type adsorption dryer,replacing the air compressor cooler manual drainage valve with the electronic liquid level zero air loss condensate automatic exclusion separator,rationally configuring the opening of the large or small air compressor according to the demand for external compressed air supply,and controlling the operating pressure within the minimum standard range to avoid loading and unloading of the air compressor.Therefore,the compressed air loss in the air compressor station is reduced,the noise is reduced,the power loss of the air compressor station is significantly reduced,and a good effect has been achieved.
