摘要
关于副性腺炎症性男性不育,现阶段缺乏相应的规范及共识指导生殖专科医生开展相应的诊疗活动。中华医学会生殖医学分会男性生殖和精子库管理学组专家,参考新近的指南及文献,共同编写了副性腺炎症性男性不育专家共识。对前列腺炎与不育、精囊腺炎与不育、附睾炎与不育及副性腺炎症性男性不育的诊断与治疗推荐提出了专家建议,以此来规范和发展我国副性腺炎症性男性不育的临床诊疗工作。
Accessory gland inflammatory male infertility is no standard operating procedure and consensus to guide specialists to carry out medical activities at present. Expert of male reproduction and sperm bank management group of Chinese society of reproductive medicine referred to the latest guidelines and literatures, and jointly compiled an expert consensus on the Accessory gland inflammatory male infertility, to put forward expert recommendations on prostatitis and infertility, seminal vesiculitis and infertility, epididymitis and infertility, recommendations for diagnosis and treatment of accessory gland inflammatory male infertility, in order to standardize and develop clinical diagnosis and treatment of accessory gland inflammatory male infertility in China.
