摘要
目的探讨正念减压训练联合微课健康教育在1型糖尿病患儿中的作用。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月九江市妇幼保健院收治的70例1型糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的同时给予正念减压训练联合微课健康教育,两组均持续护理2周。比较两组患儿的负面情绪、自我管理能力、健康知识掌握情况、血糖水平与并发症发生情况。结果两组护理前负面情绪、自我管理能力、健康知识掌握情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,自我管理能力、健康知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正念减压训练联合微课健康教育可减轻1型糖尿病患儿不良情绪,提升患儿对健康知识掌握,促进自我管理能力的提高,有效维持血糖水平稳定,降低并发症风险。
Objective To investigate the role of mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with micro-course health education in children with type 1 diabetes.Methods A total of 70 children with type 1 diabetes admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were enrolled as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given usual nursing,and the observation group was given mindfulness stress reduction training combined with micro-class health education at the same time as usual nursing,and both groups continued nursing for 2 weeks.The two groups were compared with negative emotions,self-management ability,health knowledge mastery,blood glucose level and complications.Results There were no significant differences in negative emotions,self-management ability and health knowledge mastery before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05),and the scores of post-nursing anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self-management ability and health knowledge were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05),and the post-nursing fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness stress reduction training combined with micro-course health education can reduce the bad mood of children with type 1 diabetes,improve their mastery of health knowledge,promote the improvement of self-management ability,effectively maintain stable blood glucose level,and reduce the risk of complications.
