桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性早搏的效果分析

Effect analysis of modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction on premature ventricular beats of coronary heart disease

目的分析给予冠心病室性早搏患者桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗的效果。方法98例冠心病室性早搏患者,以随机分组法分为实验组和常规组,每组49例。常规组采取稳心颗粒治疗,实验组采取桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标、中医证候积分,不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率97.96%高于常规组的85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者S-T段压降低幅度(0.31±0.14)mV、T波改变数(2.51±0.67)个、室性早搏总数(1902.12±512.72)次/24 h均低于常规组的(0.42±0.12)mV、(3.05±0.62)个、(2216.58±517.26)次/24 h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组胸闷评分(0.45±0.16)分、心悸评分(0.75±0.36)分、肢冷畏寒评分(0.52±0.16)分均低于常规组的(0.62±0.17)、(0.91±0.38)、(0.75±0.17)分,差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.097、2.140、6.896,P=0.000、0.035、0.000<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率4.08%低于常规组的16.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予冠心病室性早搏患者桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗具有理想的效果,可有效改善心功能指标,降低中医证候积分,且药物不良反应较少,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction on premature ventricular beats of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 98 patients with premature ventricular beats of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group,with 49 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Wenxin granules,and the experimental group was treated with modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.96%,which was higher than 85.71%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the amplitude of S-T segment depression(0.31±0.14)mV,the number of T-wave changes(2.51±0.67)waves and the total number of premature ventricular contractions(1902.12±512.72)per 24 h in the experimental group were lower than(0.42±0.12)mV,(3.05±0.62)waves and(2216.58±517.26)per 24 h in the conventional group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the chest tightness score(0.45±0.16)points,palpitation score(0.75±0.36)points,and cold limbs and fear of cold score(0.52±0.16)points in the experimental group were lower than(0.62±0.17),(0.91±0.38),and(0.75±0.17)points in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.097,2.140,6.896;P=0.000,0.035,0.000<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.08%,which was lower than 16.33%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction has ideal effect on patients with premature ventricular beats of coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve cardiac function indexes,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and has low adverse drug reactions,so it is worthy of application.
