富血小板血浆联合创面负压疗法在慢性难愈性创面中的应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 慢性难愈性创面(CRW)发病机制复杂,病情反复,病程周期长,需多学科综合治疗,已成为国内外公共卫生事业和社会关注的重点。CRW的愈合是临床棘手难题,单一治疗很难达到良好治疗效果,故目前多主张联合治疗。近年来,富血小板血浆(PRP)联合创面负压疗法(NPWT)的方法已成为CRW研究的热点。PRP治疗的前提是彻底清创和感染控制,而清创后NPWT技术能为创面修复和愈合提供良好的无菌创面床条件。因此,PRP和NPWT的联合治疗表现出较强的组织修复和再生能力,并得到广泛认可。本文就PRP联合NPWT在CRW的应用研究进展作一综述。 The pathogenesis of chronic refractory wounds is complex,and the course is long,and need multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment.The chronic refractory wounds is a difficult problem to solve in clinic for a long time,and has a high disability rate.Single therapy is difficult to achieve good therapeutic effect,and the combination therapy is now advocated.Recently,the new treatment of negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in chronic refractory wounds has become a hot spot.The premise of PRP treatment is thorough debridement and wound infection control,and the NPWT can provide good sterile wound bed conditions for wound healing.The method combines classic surgical wound debridement with personalized treatment programs of active ingredients has many advantages in tissue repair and regeneration,and is worthy of affirmation in the clinical efficacy of chronic refractory wounds.In this thesis,the mechanism and research progress of PRP combined with NPWT in chronic refractory wounds is expounded in detail.
