摘要
某高含硫气田拥有大量关键动设备机组,为及时发现动设备的早期故障和重大隐患,保障装置的平稳、安全运行,某公司将动设备按重要度分类进行状态监测管理。状态监测依托专业振动分析师,使用双通道振动分析/数据采集仪和配套分析Ascent软件实现振动分析,做出故障预判,利用WindPort平台对关键动设备进行全生命周期健康管理。开展状态监测管理以来,某公司提前发现并精准预判多起关键动设备的早期故障和重大隐患,提出了检修策略和方向,基本实现了设备的预知性检修和精准维修。最后介绍了动设备智能故障诊断技术的发展现状,以及引入应用和下一步工作方向。研究结果显示,某高含硫气田开展状态监测管理后,自2016年以来累计提前发现关键动设备早期故障和重大隐患近200台次,间接挽回设备损失超350万元,基本实现了设备的预知性维修和精准维修,经济效益显著,可为其他高含硫气田的动设备运维管理提供借鉴。
A large-scale high-sulfur gas field has a large number of key rotating machinery units. In order to detect the early failures and major hidden risks of rotating machinery in time, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of the unit, the gas field operator classifies the rotating machinery for condition monitoring and management according to their degree of importance. Condition monitoring relies on professional vibration analysts, using 2 channels vibration analyzers/ data acquisition instrument and supporting analysis software Ascent to carry out vibration analysis, make fault prediction, and use WindPort platform to conduct full life cycle health management of key rotating machinery. Since the condition monitoring work was carried out, the company has discovered and accurately predicted many early failures and major hidden risks of key rotating machinery in advance, developed maintenance strategies and directions, and basically achieved predictive maintenance and precision maintenance of equipment. In addition, the article introduces the development status of intelligent fault diagnosis technology for rotating machinery, as well as the introduction and application of this technology in the gas field and the future work direction. The results show that after the implementation of condition monitoring management in a high-sulfur gas field, a total of 200 early failures and major hidden problems of key rotating equipment have been detected in advance since 2016, indirectly saving equipment losses of more than 3.5 million yuan, basically realizing the predictive maintenance of equipment with significant economic benefits, which can provide a reference for the operation and maintenance management of rotating equipment in other high-sulfur gas fields.
