连续式双枕捣固车加装镐窝回填及枕面清扫装置的研制与应用

摘要 针对DCL⁃32k型连续式双枕捣固车作业后在轨枕间形成镐窝、道砟密实度及均匀性差等问题,为了实现捣固、镐窝回填和枕面清扫的机械化、一体化施工,本文提出了一种捣固车加装镐窝回填及枕面清扫装置的方案。对加装的镐窝回填和枕面清扫装置进行了结构设计,重点分析了枕面清扫装置滚刷轴的可靠性、限界安全性等关键技术;设计时充分考虑了安全性需求。现场试验结果表明,作业后镐窝回填平整,轨枕面干净整洁,道床密实度好,镐窝回填效率高。采用该装置可大大降低人工成本及安全风险,有巨大的经济效益和安全意义。 In view of the problems such as the formation of pick pits between sleepers and the poor compactness and uniformity of ballast after the operation of DCL-32k continuous double-sleeper tamping truck,in order to realize the mechanized and integrated construction of tamping,pick pit backfilling and sleeper surface cleaning,this paper proposed a scheme of adding pick pit backfilling and sleeper surface cleaning device to the tamping truck.The structure design of the added pick pit backfilling and sleeper surface cleaning device was carried out,and the key technologies such as the reliability and clearance safety of the roller brush shaft of the sleeper surface cleaning device were analyzed in detail.Safety requirements are fully considered in the design.The field test results show that the pick pit is backfilled smoothly after operation,the sleeper surface is clean and tidy,the ballast bed compactness is good,and the pick pit backfilling efficiency is high.Using this device can greatly reduce labor costs and safety risks,and has great economic benefits and safety significance.
